Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”) apply to this cash-back promotional offer (“Promotional Offer”) for the customers, which is sponsored and brought to you by HRL Foods (“Haryana King”) and conducted by RewardPort (“Partner agency”) on the different SKUs (together referred to as “Products”) calling out this offer on the package as per the terms and conditions mentioned herein and the package. In terms of any conflict between the terms and conditions of the pack and these terms and conditions, the terms herein mentioned shall prevail to the extent of such conflict.

To be entitled to the Offer, the participants need to buy the product and enroll themselves in the Promotional program.

The participants have the option to withdraw from the Promotional program at any point in time.

The Promotional Offer is a limited-period offer valid only in India subject to the availability of the Products. Promotion is open to citizens of India only and persons above 18 years of age.

This Promotional Offer entitles the customer with cashback credited to a UPI linked account. The value of the cash will be Rs. 50/-. The amount will be credited to the respective Bank Account thru UPI ID or Amazon wallet as per the details received by the customer. Customers shall be required to read, understand and accept the Cashback voucher(s) terms and conditions which may be subject to change at the Partner's end. 

The cashback cannot be redeemed or exchanged for another Gift. Also, it cannot be re-validated after the expiry date.

Maximum 2 voucher (2 Vouchers per Month for 3 months or till the scheme lasts) will be accepted and can be redeemed per person, mobile number, email ID, UPI wallet and IP address. This Promotional Offer is not valid for HRL Foods and Rewardport promoters, retailers, employees, Distributors or any other channel partner.

The Cashback amount will be credited within 24-48 hours, but in case of public / long holidays and weekends, the amount will be credited on the next working day.

In no event, UPI partners be liable for any abuse or misuse of the cash due to the negligence of the customer. Knowingly/unknowingly

The details of the UPI-linked bank account have to be entered by the customer themselves. If the customer enters incorrect details, the Voucher will be assumed to be used and cannot be revised.

Once the customer submits the UPI details it cannot be modified.

If the Voucher is lost, misplaced or stolen, a new Voucher will not be issued nor will the money be refunded in any manner. Duplicate Voucher will not be issued.

HRL Foods or UPI partners shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using the Cash reward. The holder of the voucher shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the Voucher, cash reward and the credentials mentioned on it.

UPI partners voucher may change (add to, delete, or amend) its terms from time to time without any prior intimation.

Each Voucher is strictly a one-time usage code.

By participating in the Promotional Offer, the participant agrees to allow HRL Foods / RewardPort to contact the participant for this Promotional offer. Further, the participant agrees that the data received during the Promotional Offer by RewardPort may be used or shared with HRL Foods for any further analysis / promotion or marketing communications. The participating customers may, at the request of HRL Foods participates in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the gratification, free of charge, and they consent to HRL Foods. for using their name and image in promotional material. Such participating customers agree and consent to HRL Foods to cover the aforesaid Promotional activity through various media including newspapers, radio, television, news channels, internet, Out of Home Media point of sale materials, etc., and shall not raise any objection, protest or demur to such coverage or in this regard.

The decision of HRL Foods or its Partner Agency, as regards the Promotional Offer shall be final. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.

No queries, claims, disputes, complaints or grievances about the Promotional Offer shall be entertained by HRL Foods and its Partner Agency beyond the closure of the Promotional Offer date i.e. 31^st December’2025

The cashback cannot be exchanged and is not transferable and cannot be converted into cash/discount or equivalent.

The use of UPI Partners name in these terms and conditions is only to explain the terms and conditions hereof and does not in any manner confer, assign or transfer or associate the trademarks or other rights of UPI Partner in HRL Foods. There is no principal agency, joint venture, associate or any other relationship between HRL Foods and UPI Partner Voucher, except that both entities have a principal-to-principal relationship.

This Promotional Offer shall be subject to Indian Laws and in case of any dispute, the Courts at Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction. All issues with regards to the Cash Back will be handled by Rewardport and Rewardport will be solely responsible to settle the same. However, Rewardport shall not be responsible if any Dealer, Reseller or Bulk Purchaser tries to claim the cash back which they are not eligible for.
